Amy
Director, HR & Finance Operations Manager
Amy co-founded Busy Bees in 1998 alongside her best friend Caron of 44 years. After a career as a credit controller for 14 years, Amy was set for a new challenge. Amy is proud to expand the growth and success of the company offering a diverse range of services to public and private sectors. Amy enjoys shaping the company and has the driving vision and leadership to meet this goal. She is also responsible for the Human Resources, finance, planning and management.
Caron
Director and Operations Manager
Co-founder Caron has joint responsibility of the company’s success. Caron manages all Busy Bees staff rotas, she matches the staff member to the customer ensuring that they fit well with each other, and that everyone is happy. You can contact Caron to arrange a free onsite visit to discuss your individual requirements. She provides quotes, handles questions, manages the diary and daily operations for all departments within the Company, ensuring everything runs smoothly although she’s only human and hiccups can happen.
Our Team
We aim to provide our team with a friendly and flexible working environment. We employ our staff directly and not from agencies, we also make sure all staff our fully vetted prior to employment with an interview in-person with Amy and Caron including two references for their application. We employ all our staff ensuring they receive all the benefits that Busy Bees provide. We recruit staff locally based to the contract. We provide all new staff with Busy Bees uniform, a diary, first aid kit, rubber gloves and an employee handbook which is discussed and explained in their induction. All our staff are fully insured and receive in house training.
We are always here to support our growing team to ensure we have a happy workforce. Wellbeing of our staff is paramount to our business.

These qualifications are for those working in a range of different locations and environments. We are the only cleaning and maintenance company in the area to offer our staff this range of qualifications.
